Processing and delivery
Most orders are handed to the courier in approximately four days. Allow around three weeks for shipping; tracking updates and an outbound flight can take 14–21 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier schedules and customs can affect timing.
Shipping charges
Express shipping is free to the United States, Canada and Australia. Africa, South and Central America, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East generally incur charges starting around US$40–55, sometimes higher. We adjust the charge if the courier quotes less. Confirm the total for your destination before payment.
Tracking and availability
Your tracking number is sent by email. If an item is backordered, we will let you know. Contact us with your order number if you need a shipment update.
Address details and customs
Check your address and telephone number carefully; reshipment caused by incorrect details is not covered. Import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If customs seizes a parcel, we arrange a replacement shipment at our expense.
