When a return is covered
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Report the issue as soon as you notice it.
Keep the item unused, with its protective plastics and coverings intact. Removing them makes the return ineligible because we can no longer verify its unused condition.
What counts as a defect?
A nonfunctional item or a substantial departure from the advertised specifications can qualify. Small differences in approximate measurements, material batches or color tone are normal manufacturing variations, rather than defects.
Exceptions
Returns are not available for selecting the wrong size or for newsletter Flash Sale items. Refunds are not issued while a parcel is in transit. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law requires us to provide.
