Ever since COVID began, China Customs is not accepting returned packages.

We will only accept refunds/exchange if the replica product (belt, wallet, bags, clothes, shoes) itself is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.

My item arrived defective, what do I do?

In the event that you need to return an item, we offer the choice of an exchange or a refund. If you choose to exchange, we’ll ship a new item to you. For a refund, you’ll receive the amount you paid for the item minus any payment processing fees, using our chosen refund method.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs and for ensuring that the item is safely returned to our specified return address. Do not return the item to the sender. To initiate the return process, you must contact us first and request a return. We will provide you with instructions on where to return your bag(s). Please note that our shipping forwarders do not accept returns, so you’ll need to have a return address and RMA number from our returns department.

Once you receive our instructions, you’ll need to ship the package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number once available. Please understand that we provide express shipping free of charge, so in these circumstances, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping fees.

What if my return is seized by customs?

 In rare occasions a return could be seized by customs, therefore we are not responsible and can’t issue refunds. However, this is a rare occasion.
